WHY should I book a session?
Because you blink and your kids change. First they’re rolling over, then crawling, then walking. Before you know it they’re off to school. Then college. Then you look back at the photos of yourself when your kids were little and laugh about the sneaky grin they always gave you. Then the photos of your baby become the photos she now compares with your grandchild’s photos. Those images you keep on the wall and bookshelf eventually become the grandkids’ favorite thing to look at during their visits. It is the source of all the wonderful stories you have to share and your legacy.
You will never regret not putting this off. You Won’t!
WHEN should I book a session?
The time of year you choose depends on your needs and desire, however, Fotoplicity’s busiest season is Fall, followed by Spring. Typically I recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance during these busy times, especially if you desire a weekend session. If you are flexible with your schedule I can typically find a weekday slot within 1-2 weeks. If you need your images by a specific date, please take that into account. There is a turn time for editing and print orders after the session.
WHERE do sessions take place?
The studio is located in East Brunswick, NJ. Outdoor sessions typically take place around the local area (Highland Park, Edison, New Brunswick, North Brunswick, Somerset, Piscataway). Fotoplicity provides a selection of locations to choose from. If you wish to book a session located outside the Fotoplicity service area, a travel fee may be applied. If Fotoplicity is unfamiliar with the location a scouting fee will be applied to cover time and gas.
HOW MUCH will this cost?
Total investment varies greatly from client to client. What you invest in and how much you spend is completely up to you. Most clients invest upwards of $800.
Do you offer GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Yes! You can purchase gift certificates by dollar amount or by session.
